Rotina, semana e feriado

Oi, gente!

Vou contar da minha semana e do meu feriado pra vocês. Como as minhas provas estão se aproximando, resolvi não viajar pra estudar ao menos um pouco.

Na terça, aula normal, sem grandes novidades. Ah,eu tive reunião da AIESEC, o que foi legal porque elogiaram meu italiano hahaha fiquei super feliz! 

Hey, guys! In this post, I'll tell you about my weekend and the holiday. As my tests are getting closer, I decided not to travel this time, so that I could study at least a little bit. On tuesday, I had normal classes, no news. Ah, I had an AIESEC meeting, which was nice because they complimented my Italian haha it made me really happy!

Na quarta-feira, eu fui as aulas, e a única coisa interessante foi que a tarde teve uma entrevista da AIESEC, que eu fiz junto com a Bea. No caso isso é uma coisa normal - é a entrevista de seleção de possíveis intercambistas - mas a desse dia foi bem legal, porque os candidatos eram muito extrovertidos, então no final da entrevista todos interagiram super e acabou que viramos amigos haha. Eles chamavam Danilo, Simone (que aqui é nome de homem) e Giuliana.

Depois da entrevista, mais aulas, e voltei pra casa estudar. 

On wednesday, I went to classes, and the only interesting thing was that on the afternoon there was an AIESEC interview. Well, that's actually normal, but the nice part was that the people that we interviewed were really outgoing, so we managed to interact a lot, and in the end it was like talking to friends. After that, I had more classes, and came home to study.

Na quinta, resolvi que iria estudar mesmo com o dia lindo que fazia (alias, no feriado, ficou uma coisa que fazia um temporal, a temperatura caia pra uns 7 graus, e no dia seguinte solão, 25 graus pra cima e afins hahahaha). Acontece que a Giulia me chamou pra ir a um almoço com ela... Resolvi que iria um pouco atrasada, pra estudar pelo menos um pouco. Na hora de ir, me perdi, a bateria acabou, logo, eu não tinha GPS, então voltei pra casa. Avisei ela e ela disse que depois todos iriam pro rio, então eu podia encontrar com eles lá. 

Estudei mais um pouco, ate ela ligar avisando que estava no rio. Eu fui pra lá e passei a tarde toda com ela, o Andrea, o Antônio, o Mattia e a Jana, uma menina da Alemanha que eu só conhecia de vista, e que é muito legal. 

On Thursday, I've decided that I would study, even though the day was so beautiful (speaking of  that, on the holiday, one day it rained and the temperature went down to 7 degrees, and the other one it was sunny and around 25 haha go figure). It happens that Giulia invited me to go to a lunch with her, so I decided to go, even if I arrived a little later. It turns out that, in the time to go there, I got lost and my battery died, so no GPS for me haha. I came back home, and Giulia told me to meet her later, by the river. When I went there, I met her, Andrea, Antonio, Mattia and Jana, a girl from Germany who I had seen but never really talked to, and she is really sweet.

Tem coisa mais fofa que esse carrinho de sorvetes?

Depois de um tempo, o Danilo, um dos meninos da entrevista, mandou mensagem pra gente avisando que estava indo pro rio também, com dois amigos (um menino do México que eu não lembro o nome e uma italiana, a Ilaria). No final, acabou que ficamos todos juntos, e foi bem divertido.

Depois de um tempo a Emi chegou. Matamos mais tempo no rio (gente, descobri como se fala picolé em italiano hahaha ghiacciolo! Fiquei super feliz com a descoberta mega útil), e depois fomos fazer um aperitivo. Quando chegamos na Piazza Vittoria - a praça principal da cidade - vimos um pouco de um show que estava acontecendo ali. Aqui, é tradição que tenham shows de graça nas cidades no dia do trabalhador. Inclusive, teve Caetano Veloso em Torino e eu perdi :( 

After a while, Danilo, one of the guys from the interview on Tuesday, texted us to say that he was going to the river too, with two friends (a boy from Mexico that I don't remember the name and an Italian girl, Ilaria). After a while, Emi arrived. We killed more time in the river (and I found out the italian word for popsicle haha it's "ghiacciolo") and, after killing some time in there, we decided to go for an Aperitivo. When we arrived in Piazza Vittoria - the main square in the city - we saw a concert that was happening in there. In Italy, it's tradition to have free concerts on the 1st of may, to celebrate workers day. There was even a concert by a brasilian singer that I really like, Caetano Veloso, in Torino, and I missed it ):

Depois disso, os meninos se despediram da gente e fomos eu, a Emi, o Danilo, a Ilaria e o menino do México num restaurante bem legal daqui, o Maná, pra comer aperitivo. Ficamos lá por umas duas horas, encontramos o outro menino da entrevista - o Simone - e eu fui pra casa (precisava chegar cedo porque, como ainda estava sem a chave, muito mais fácil encontrar alguém pra abrir a porta pra mim quando ainda é dia hahaha). 

Voltei aos estudos (já to naquele ponto que da vontade de queimar os Xerox hahaha) e depois fui dormir.

After that, some of the guys separated from us and me, Emi, Danilo, Ilaria and the mexican boy went to Maná, a restaurant from here that I really like, to finally eat haha. We stayed there for around two hours, met the other boy from the interview, Simone, and I went back home (as I was still without key, it's easier to find someone to open the gate for me if it's still clear outside ahha)

Na sexta, acordei cedo pra pegar a minha chave, que finalmente estava pronta haha. Voltei pra casa e fiquei estudando o dia todo. As 19, me encontrei com o Anto, o Danilo, um amigo do Danilo que eu nao lembro o nome e a Jana pra irmos a um jantar, que é organizado pela ESN - é o órgão que realiza os intercâmbios dos estudantes Erasmus, que é igual mobilidade acadêmica/CSF, mas com outro nome haha. O jantar era assim: cada um levava uma comida típica do seu pais, e depois todos provavam coisas dos diversos lugares.

On friday, I woke up early to finally take my key. I came back home and studied all day long. At 19, I met with Antonio, Danilo, a friend of Danilo that I don't remember the name and Jana to go to a dinner organized by ESN, which is the organ that makes the Erasmus interchanges. The dinner worked like this: everyone brought a food that it's typical from his/her country, and then eveyone could taste things from different places.

Ocorre que, apesar de o evento estar marcado pras 7:30, atrasou (como sempre) e o ultimo ônibus pra levar a gente pro lugar foi aparecer as 9:30. Gente, o ônibus foi muito igual os jogos jurídicos, que estavam acontecendo exatamente nos mesmos dias (alias, EI, UEL, CADE O SEU TROFÉU? Parabéns pra UEM linda maravilhosa que ganhou de novo os jogos!! É triiiii haha). Digo isso porque devia ter umas 20 pessoas em pé no ônibus, alguns cantando, berrando etc e outros morrendo hahaha muito igual o jeito que vamos assistir os jogos. 

Quando finalmente chegamos lá, tivemos que esperar mais um pouco lá fora (e como esse foi um dia de chuva, estava bem friozinho) e depois pudemos entrar. Gente, o pessoal parecia muito uns mortos de fome! Hahahaha assim que abriu, acabaram os pratos, talheres, tudo, e só dava pra ver uma multidão em volta dos pratos. Eu e a Jana quase morremos pra conseguir achar comida, mas no final valeu a pena, porque provamos muitas coisas diferentes. Depois, encontrei polenta! Gente, que felicidade hahaha primeira vez que achei polenta aqui, acreditam? 

Even though the event was scheduled to start at 7:30, it got delayed (as always) and the last bus to take us there arrived at 9:30. The bus reminded me a lot of a brazilian competition between law colleges, called Jogos Juridicos, because in there everyone is standing up in the bus, with some of them singing, others screaming while talking, others just dying in the bus and things like that haha. When we finally arrived, we had to wait a little bit more outside, and after a while, we could enter. Everyone just jumped into the foods haha me and Jana had to try really hard to actually find something to eat,  but in the end it was worth it  - we could find some very good and different foods, and I also found Polenta, which is a food that I love!

Enfim, ficamos lá ate mais ou menos a 1, e foi muito divertido. Conhecemos várias pessoas novas, de vários países, deu pra praticar o inglês, o italiano e o espanhol (que eu perdi total desde que comecei a aprender italiano haha), e ainda conhecemos um pouco da cultura de outros países. 

Na volta, os ônibus deixaram a gente exatamente na porta de uma balada daqui haha. Eu nao estava muito no clima, mas resolvi ir, deus sabe porque haha. No começo foi legal, porque estávamos fora da balada hahahah conversamos com várias pessoas queridas, inclusive duas meninas da França muito legais, e depois entramos. 

Pra ser justa, no começo, até lá dentro, a balada tava legal, eles tocavam umas musicas mais tipo Jovem Pan assim, que pelo menos eu sei cantar. Encontrei os meus amigos portugueses, conversamos um pouco, o que foi bem legal, e depois conheci um grupo de italianos que tinham ido pro Brasil ("Ahhh eu vi o Rio! É lindo, voce mora lá?" Hahaha), e falaram várias coisas boas de lá, então me diverti muito "matando a saudade" do meu país. Eu me diverti, mas ai depois comecei a ficar cansada (logo, chata) e começou a tocar so música eletrônica que eu simplesmente nao entendo a graça hahaha. Como o Anto tambem tava com uma cara de morrendo ali (e os outros dançavam como se nao houvesse amanha haha), chamei ele e fomos embora.

We stayed there until 1am, and it was very fun. We met many people from different countries, could practice English, Italian and Spanish (which I simply managed to forget everything since I came to Italy) and also got to know a bit about the coulture of other countries. On the way back, the buses droped us right in front of a night club. I wasn't really in the mood, but decided to go anyway. To be fair, in the beggining it was really nice - we were outside of the club and met more new and nice people, including two very sympathetic girls from France. 

When we entered, it was also nice, because they were playing the songs that are on the radio now, so at least I could sing them. I met my portuguese friends, which was really cool, as always, and then I met a group of Italians who have been to Brazil and loved it (always nice to hear people saying good things about your country haha). So, in the beggining, I had fun, but then I started to get tired (therefore, boring), and it started to play only those electronic music that I really don't like. As I saw that Anto wasn't having fun as well, I called him and we left.

Cheguei em casa umas 4, e consegui a proeza de dormir ate as 18 (!) no sábado. 

Quando acordei e vi a hora, o desespero bateu hahaha nao tinha estudado absolutamente nada, a noite meus amigos iriam lá jantar e a casa estava uma bagunça! Balada nunca mais haha. 

Levantei, arrumei a cozinha, e fui fazer algo pra eu comer. Quando fui ver a minha prateleira de comida, descobri que tinha só um risoto de pacotinho hahaha. Foi o meu "almojanta". Depois de umas duas horas, o Anto e o Mattia chegaram com as coisas pra cozinhar.

I arrived home at 4, and managed to sleep until 18 on saturday. When I woke up and saw the time, I started to get desperate. I had invited my friends to come over for dinner, and the house was a mess, and I wouldn't have time to organize everything. Seriously, nightclubs, never more haha. I woke up, organized the kitchen and decided to do something as a lunch/dinner. After a couple of hours, my friends arrived with the things to cook.

Acho que ja falei isso aqui, mas os pais do Anto tem um restaurante, e ele foi ensinado a cozinhar desde pequeno, e cozinha divinamente. Alias, da super pra culpar ele pelos meus quilos a mais aqui haha. Ele trouxe milhões de coisas típicas da região dele (ele mora na Sardegna), e cozinhou um macarrão com ricota defumada, tomate e sabe mais o que, que ficou muito bom, pra mim e pra Jana (que também é vegetariana), e pra ele, o Matti e a Emi (que chegou um pouco depois) fez um prato que é além das minhas capacidades de entendimento haha 

Ficamos conversando e comendo ate quase a 1, e depois eles foram pra casa. Eu, obviamente, nao consegui dormir, entao fui estudar. 

I think I've already said it here, but Anto's parents own a restaurant, and he has been taught to cook since he was little. This means that the food he makes is divine ahha (I can blame at least half of the pounds I've gained here on him). He brought many things typical from his region, Sardegna, and cooked an awsome pasta for me and for Jana (who's also a vegetarian) and something really complicated and wiht meat to the other ones. We stayed talking and eating until 1, and then everyone left. I, obviously, couldn't sleep, so I started studying again.

No domingo, aproveitei pra (tentar) compensar o sábado perdido nos estudos, então passei o dia sentada lendo haha. A noite, sai comer pra desestressar dos estudos, mas encontrei a Mary (que mora comigo), que tinha chegado de viagem e me chamou pra comer aperitivo com ela e os amigos dela. Foi bem divertido, reencontrei a Francesca e a Roberta (elas ajudaram a montar meu armário, lembram?), que são umas fofas, e ainda conheci a Chiara e o Gabriele, que também são bem legais. 

A gente foi para o Maná, e, lá, encontramos a outra irmã da Francesca, com mais alguns amigos (que não lembro o nome). Ficamos lá por umas duas horas, depois fomos passear pela cidade. Depois de andar pelo centro por uma meia hora, a Chiara chamou eu e a Mari pra irmos pra casa dela, porque ela tava com medo de ir sozinha hahahaha. Fomos lá, e ficamos comendo e conversando por mais uma hora, mais ou menos. Depois, voltamos pra casa.

On sunday, I tried to compensate for the lost day that was saturday when it comes to studies, so I spent the entire day reading haha. At night, I was going out to eat, but then I met Mary (my flat mate) and she invited me to eat out with her friends. Again, I went to Mana with them. It was really nice, because I could see Francesca and Roberta (they've helped me built my closet), and could also meet some new and kind people who are friends with her. After dinner, we walking around the city, and then to Chiara's house (she's a friend of Marys, also really sweet), and stayed there for a while eating more and talking about random things.

Eu tinha combinado de conversar no Skype com o Gui, um dos meus melhores amigos de Maringá, e como foi bom matar a saudade dele! Depois do Skype, eu fiz algumas coisas pra Aiesec e fui dormir, lá pelas 4.

Acordei hoje as 7, morrendo de sono haha. Fui pra faculdade, porque eu e a Greta, minha amiga da AIESEC, íamos fazer a apresentação do programa de intercâmbio pra uma das turmas. 

When I came home, I entered on Skype to talk to one of my best friends in Brazil, Gui. We talked a loooot. It was really good, because I miss him a lot! After that, I did some AIESEC stuff and went to bed around 4. Today, I woke up at 7, because I had to go with Greta, my friend from AIESEC Pavia, to make a presentation about the interchange programme in one of the classes.

A ideia era a gente se encontrar na frente do escritório pra irmos juntas, mas o trem da Greta atrasou (ela não mora em Pavia), então ela pediu pra eu pegar os folhetos de apresentação do programa e encontrar ela no centro. Quando eu cheguei no escritório, obvio, ele estava fechado. Fui pegar a chave na portaria da universidade e, obvio, o porteiro nao tava lá haha. Tive que ir caçar ele, ai ele foi lá e me alcançou a chave. Peguei os folhetos, fui encontrar ela e, quando cheguei lá, descobri que estava com os folhetos errados hahahaha. Tínhamos 10 minutos pra chegar na aula, então falei pra Greta ir na frente que eu voltaria pro escritório (que é em outro campus) pra pegar os certos.  

Consegui correr até lá em 3 minutos hahaha meu recorde, serio. Chegando lá, adivinha se o porteiro estava na portaria? Lá fui eu caçar ele de novo haha. Encontrei uma outra moça, que eu sei que fica na portaria as vezes, tomando café com toda a calma do mundo no bar da faculdade. Pedi pra ela por favor abrir pra mim e ela "arrivo subito", que literalmente significa que a pessoa já vai, mas é usado no mesmo jeito que nós brasileiros falamos, quando "ja vamos", daqui 15 minutos hahaha. Ai gente, eu sei que eu sou ligada nos 220, como diz a minha amiga Ma, e sei que devia ter mais paciência, mas as vezes (sempre) essa calma italiana me irrita TANTO! 

A moça viu que eu estava com pressa, então chegou mais rápido que eu imaginava. Consegui chegar no escritório, pegar o folheto certo é correr pro outro campus. No caminho, encontrei a Laetitia, que toda fofa me ensinou como chegava onde eu tinha que ir hahahaha. 

The idea was to meet in front of the office at 8:30, but Greta's train got delayed (she's not from Pavia), so she asked me to take some fliers in the office and meet her in the center. When I arrived in the office, it was closed. I went to take the key with the doormen from that campus, but he wasn't there. I had to go looking for him, and when I finally found him, I could enter there, take the things and go meet Greta. When I showed her the flyers, she gave me the news that they were the wrong ones hahaha I went back, running, to the university, in order to take the correct ones. When I arrived there, again, there was no one there to give me the key. I went to look for the woman who also works in there, and she was calmly having a coffee... I asked her if she could please give me the key, and she said "arrivo subito", which stands fore "i'm arriving soon" in italian, but in practice, it means that you will wait a lot to get what you want haha. Fortunately, she saw that I was in a hurry, so she didn't take as long as I thought she would. After that, I got the right flyers and went running to the other campus of the university to start the presentation. On the way, I met Laetitia, who was super sweet and taught me how to get in the campus (and I arrived without getting lost! Yay!).

Por um milagre divino eu cheguei lá sem me perder, e a Greta estava me esperando na porta. Chegamos e o professor ainda não estava lá haha. Ele demorou mais uns 10 minutos pra chegar, e ai nós pudemos começar a apresentação. 

Depois disso, voltei pra casa com a única intenção de dormir. Tirei um cochilo ate a aula de direito da ue, e depois voltei pra casa pra estudar ate a aula de med legal.

Depois da aula, fui ao mercado e agora cá estou :) 

É isso, gente. Prevejo que a minha semana vai ser bem parada, por causa da prova, então assim que tiver mais novidades eu volto aqui! Um beijo!

When we got to the classroom, both me and Greta running a lot, we found out that the professor was still not there. We waited for around 10 minutes, and then did the presentation, which went well. After that, I came back home to sleep a while before my next class. After that, the day went normally, with some studies and lessons, and ending at the supermarket.

So, that's the last update on my interchange diary haha. I assume this week will be very calm, since I have a test, so as soon as I have news, I'll come back here. Kisses!
